Description

Bicycle parade participants (left to right) Nita Lawyer, Bill Kendrick, Nelma Rae Muth, Jimmy Killman, Louise Holcomb, Jane Ely and Billy Shipman. The children are shown lined up with their bikes in the middle of a wide road.
