Description
The Congregation Ahavath Shomom will celebrate the Jewish new year, Rosh Hashanah, with chant services on Thursday and Friday, September 26 and 27. In charge of the services is Cantor Abraham Friedman. Soloists who will appear in a special choir is organized for the services. Left to right, Jay Weinstein, Gary Luskey, Cantor Abraham Friedman, Abraham Cohen and Joseph Weinberg. They are standing around the pulpit, in their religious attire, holding song books and singing. Distinct religious items like the menorah and a Bible are in front of the pulpit.
