Description

The Tarrant County Democratic Convention is holding a meeting at the First Baptist Church. In attendance, left to right are Brantley Pringle and Stewart W. Hellman. They competed for the position of chairman of the executive committee. Mr. Pringle is shown standing on stage by a microphone, congratulating Mr. Hellman after the votes were counted. Mr. Pringle is dressed in a double breasted suit. Mr. Hellman is wearing a light-colored suit. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, August 4, 1946.
