    Description

Although the tickets to the President's Franklin D. Roosevelt's Birthday Ball don't official go on sale until Wednesday, Mrs. J. M. Terry is selling the first ticket to Karl E. Wallace. They were attending a meeting for the executive and advisory committee at City Hall when she decided to make the sale. The proceeds from the ticket sales will go to the campaign to fight infantile paralysis. Mr. Wallace is dressed in a double breasted pinstripe suit. Mrs. Terry is wearing a hat, blouse, and a long coat.
