Description
Twelve Fort Worth, Texas Boy Scouts are being promoted to Eagle Scouts, the highest and most coveted rank. The class is one of the largest in the history of the Fort Worth Area Council. Receiving the award, left to right, are Joseph Schumacher, Earl Bush, Eugene Witkoswski, and L. G. Colburn. L. G. is with Troop 175 while the other tree boys are with Troop 32. They are all dressed in their scout uniforms. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 30, 1946.
