    Twelve Fort Worth, Texas Boy Scouts are being promoted to Eagle Scouts, the highest and most coveted rank. The class is one of the largest in the history of the Fort Worth Area Council. Receiving the award with Troop 31 is Bobby Wilson. Bobby is shown standing against a wall with his arms behind his back. He is dressed in his scout uniform. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 30, 1946.
