Description
A 16-car train carrying 250 Texas Lions and their wives to Philadelphia for the Lions International convention rolled out of Santa Fe station here in Fort Worth, Texas, Saturday morning. Shown here a few attendees standing beside engine. They are Clyde Thomas, Howard Maddox, Roscoe Gass, Rollie Pray, Mrs. Howard Maddox and Mrs. Clyde Thomas. All six are from Fort Worth, Texas. The engine is showing the name 'Santa Fe'. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, July 13, 1946.
