Texas Highway Employees, A. H. Hillis, left, and G. M. Garrett, right, received honors in a ceremony at the district office for twenty to twenty-five years of service. Mr. Hillis is maintenance foreman for Tarrant County and has been with the department for twenty-two years. He is wearing a dark-colored suit. Mr. Garrett is district engineer of Fort Worth, Texas. He has marked up twenty-three years of service. Mr. Garrett is wearing a double breasted pinstripe suit. The men are shaking hands and holding their certificates.
