Mrs. Livingston and Susan arrived from California to join Captain Livingston, who was transferred to Fort Worth, Texas Army Air Field as a statistical officer. He wears the Purple Heart and was a prisoner of war of Germany. He is wearing his military uniform, Susan is swaddled in a blanket, and Mrs. Livingston is wearing a hat, eyeglasses, coat, and is holding luggage items.
