Description
The picture includes a part of the estimated 200 cars of wheat standing strike-bound on sidings in Fort Worth railroad yards. The picture was made in the Fort Worth and Denver city railroad yards. Grain men were seeking to move the cars to the elevators for unloading to avoid spoilage of the grain. The picture is taken from on top of the cars on the tracks. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 25, 1946.
