Health Officials point to the container that is clean, properly covered and in a clean alley, as an example of the safe and sanitary handling of garbage. City health inspectors will start a checkup of garbage cans Monday, May 27. Garbage cans with refuse piled and uncovered, brought a charge by the city health department last week against the owner of an apartment house.
