Description
Frank Carswell is an impressive new ball player with the Dallas Rebels. He made a name for himself at Rice University as a basketball player before the war. He was considered a fair diamond hand in college, but is now the third basemen for the Rebels. Carswell is dressed in the Rebels' road uniform. The baseball cap has a similar design to the Detroit Tigers, the Rebels' Major League affiliate.
