    Eugene Ormandy, conductor of the Philadelphia Orchestra, center, to appear here Thursday night, is welcomed to Fort Worth by Mayor Roscoe Carnrike, left, and Council man Malvern Marks, president of the Civic Music Association. The three men are dressed in suits and ties. Malvern Marks is wearing eyeglasses and has his left hand in the pocket of his blazer. They are shown standing in front of a wall.
