Description
Officials of the Optimist Club and the Fort Worth Baseball Club signing agreements which can make 2,500 boys regular free spectators at La Grave Field this season. Left to right, seated, are I. E. McWhirter, Chairman, Knot Hole Committee; Vice President Homer Covey and President John Reeves of Cats; at the back, standing, are Roy Miller, President Jack Kelso and Norwood Hiett of Optimist Club. All the men are dressed in suits and ties and having their eyes on the agreement being signed. Four of them are wearing eyeglasses. The room they are in, has pictures and windows with blinds in the background. There is a bull horn in the foreground. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, May 16, 1946.
