Description

Fort Worth businessmen and officials of the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show received a hearty reception when they arrived in Cleburne, Texas, for the Johnson County Dairy Show and Rodeo. Left to right, are Herman Cecil Custard, President of the Cleburne National Bank; Homer Covey, President of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce; and District Judge Penn Jackson, President of the Cleburne Chamber of Commerce. The three men are dressed in suits and ties and hats. Mr. Covey is wearing a bow-tie. Mr. Custard is shaking hands with Mr. Covey. All three men are standing in front of a bus. There are unidentified men in the bus. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 17, 1946.
