Description

Mrs. Mary Robinson Hardisty, seated, and her daughter, Mrs. K. G. Moore of Hurst were among 20 members of the Tarrant County Home Demonstration Club who were honored here recently. Mrs. Hardisty was a member of the first Hurst chapter of the club, and her daughter was one of the first 4-H Club girls to receive a scholarship to Texas Women's College in 1917. Mrs. Hardisty is sitting on a chair wearing a formal dress and a hat embellished with flowers. Mrs. Moore is standing next to her mother wearing a blazer and skirt. There is a window with blinds closed in the background. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, May 27, 1946.
