    Description

    Texas Pythians arrived for their annual session. Sitting at a table are new officers of the state association of keepers of records and seal. Seated left to right, are: Howard Carmichael, Brownwood, secretary-treasurer; William H. Russell, Waco, president, and Forrest D. Lind, Beaumont, vice president. The three men are wearing suits and neckties. Two of them are wearing eyeglasses. On the table are cups, a pitcher, and an American flag. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 7, 1946.
