Standing left to right are first graders Lyndhan Shivers and Darrell Bentley, and second graders Peggy Dougherty and George Lindsey Gaston. The children were named princes and princesses at the Keller School May Fete. Lyndhan and Peggy are wearing floor length dresses adorned with bows. Darrell and George are wearing buttoned jackets and trousers. The children have their arms linked together. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 5, 1946.
