Evelyn Owens, center, was crowned queen at the May Fete at Keller School. Her lady-in-waiting was Mary Sheehey, left, and the prime minister was Don L. Biles Junior, right. Miss Owens and Miss Sheehey are wearing floor length dresses and are holding hands. Mr. Biles is wearing a tuxedo and has his hands behind his back. Miss Owens is wearing a crown. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 4, 1946.
