Description
The Army conducted their annual Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) inspection of cadets at Polytechnic High School. Colonel W. R. Woodward of the 4th Army Headquarters in San Antonio, Texas, inspected the rifles of Cadet Staff Sergeants Bill Drechsel, left, and Jack Pennock Junior. Colonel Woodward is wearing his military uniform and holding the rifle. Cadets Drechsel and Pennock are dressed in their ROTC uniforms. They are standing on the baseball field at Polytechnic High School.
