    Wing flaps do the trick, Rodney Napier, right is explaining to T.H. Black, left, 69-year-old aviation enthusiast who hopped the new Cessna "140" cabin plane from Municipal Airport to his Keller ranch and proved for himself that the wing flaps enable the craft to get off and land in less than 300 feet of runway. The two men are shown standing outside underneath the plane's wing. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening Edition May 6, 1946.
