Description

The annual Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) inspection of cadets in Fort Worth, Texas, high schools was conducted by Army officers. They are, left to right, Captain H. D. Sauer, Major R. O. Linker, Lieutenant Colonel H. G. Fisher, and Colonel W. R. Woodward. The four men are standing in front of a window, dressed in their military uniforms.
