Image shows Elephant at Forest Park Zoo, "Sugar" Laying on ground in front of a unidentified crowd. She was sentenced to die after a savage attack on her zookeeper. Zookeeper Harry Jackson is shown holding a rifle and standing on top of the body of Sugar . Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition July 13, 1940.
