Description

The Southwestern Journalism Congress is electing officers during a conference Saturday at the Hotel Texas. Pictured left to right, are J. Willard Ridings, Dewitt Reddick, and Truman Pouncey. Mr. Ridings, of Texas Christian University, was elected president. He is wearing a suit. Mr. Reddick, of the University of Texas, was elected vice president. He is dressed in a three-piece pinstripe suit. Mr. Pouncey, of the University of Oklahoma, is the secretary-treasurer. He is wearing a three-piece suit.
