Rock Island Railroad Officials are visiting Fort Worth, Texas from Chicago, Illinois to discuss postwar railroad improvements. In attendance, left to right, are J. W. Hill, I. C. Bruce, E. Rigg, T. J. O'Shaughnessy, and A. D. Martin. Mr. Hill is a freight traffic official. He is dressed in a double breasted suit. Mr. Bruce is an assistant passenger traffic manager. He is wearing a double breasted pinstripe suit. Mr. Rigg is an assistant freight traffic officer. He is dressed in a double breasted suit. Mr. O'Shaughnessy is a public relations officer. He is wearing a dark suit. Mr. Martin is a passenger traffic manager. He is dressed in a double breasted suit.
