Description
A new airfield in Fort Worth, Texas is moving past the "pipe dream" stage as the flying school nears operation. Constructing a hangar girder, left to right, are V. K. "Skeet" Robertson and Lynn Wright. Skeet is shown sitting above the plane on the hangar. He is lifting a pipe to add to the structure. He is dressed in a hat, long-sleeve shirt, and coveralls. Mr. Wright is dressed in a hat, collared shirt and trousers. Robertson Field is located west of Turkey Knob and a mile south of Handley, Texas.
