    Description

The Shriner Parade is traveling through downtown Fort Worth, Texas. The event opens a spring ceremonial. Two of the novice clowns participating in the parade, left to right are Art Haugh and L. L. Cannon. They got a respite from the heat by sitting on a block of ice in the back of a pick-up truck.
