Description
The Shriner Parade is traveling through downtown Fort Worth, Texas. The event opens a spring ceremonial. Two of the clowns participating in the parade, left to right are Langford Carlton and Mike O'Farrell. Mr. Carlton, a former United States Marine is shown riding in a baby carriage and smoking a cigar. Mr. O'Farrell, a former Seabee, is pushing the buggy.
