    Description

    The Fort Worth Cats, a minor league affiliate of the Brooklyn Dodgers, are preparing for the upcoming 1946 season. Coaches are attempting to pair down the Spring Training roster from sixty-six players to fifteen. The remaining players will either be claimed by others in the Brooklyn farm system or be released outright. Pictured left to right, are Hayden Greer, Leo Thomas, Danny Ozark, Pete Spatafore, and Earl Benson. These four players will join the Abilene Blue Sox. Greer was recently named player manager.
