Members of the Fort Worth, Texas, delegation to the Health and Beauty Festival at Mineral Wells, Texas, were, left to right, Helen Louise Westbrook, chosen to represent the city, Mayme Louise Bates, the runner-up, and Earl Archer, of the Fort Worth Junior Chamber of Commerce. They are standing in front of a car. The two women are holding a banner that reads, "Fort Worth Junior Chamber of Commerce." Miss Westbrook is wearing a light-colored dress and a sunhat and is holding a purse and gloves in her right hand. Miss Bates is wearing a dark-colored dress with buttons all down the front and a hat. Mr. Archer is wearing a suit.
