Members of the Fort Worth, Texas, delegation to the Health and Beauty Festival at Mineral Wells, Texas, were, left to right, Helen Louise Westbrook, chosen to represent the city, Mayme Louise Bates, the runner-up, and Earl Archer, of the Fort Worth Junior Chamber of Commerce.
