Residents throughout Fort Worth, Texas, are enjoying the first balmy day of the Spring season. Sitting on the bank of the Trinity River, left to right, are Jan and Karen Coffman. They are the children of Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Coffman. Jan, eight years old, is wearing a short-sleeve, collared blouse and a skirt. Karen is holding a stick as a make-shift fishing rod. She is dressed in a collared shirt and shorts.
