Description

The Fort Worth Cats are hosting the visiting Memphis Chicks in a Spring Training exhibition game. The game is being played Sunday afternoon at LaGrave Field. The Cats entered the bottom of the ninth inning, trailing. Moe Santomauro (47), the Cats' big right fielder, smacked the ball into the outfield and slid into second in a cloud of dust. The defender attempting the tag is Hub Freeman. Umpire Marvin Clark is leaning in to make the safe call. The double marked Santomauro's fourth hit of the afternoon.
