Fritz Hill is the newly elected president of the Principals and Vice Principals Association, succeeding Earl Allen. Mr. Hill is the principal at Morningside Elementary School in Fort Worth, Texas. He is shown sitting at a desk, dressed in a suit. There is some paperwork, a small rhinoceros figurine, and an ink blotter pad on the desk.
