Description

Extension of 12th Street westward from Jennings plans. The picture shows a shot of a few brick buildings and cars parked on the side of road. A few people can also be seen walking down the sidewalk. This extension would slice straight through several blocks of property. This street would be a major "feeder" for in and outbound traffic.
