Description

The Fort Worth Cats, a minor league affiliate of the Brooklyn Dodgers, are preparing for the upcoming 1946 season. Some of the top Spring Training prospects, left to right, are Cliff Pemberton, Jay Haney, Moe Santomauro, and Bobby Haddock. Santomauro, the Cats' right fielder, is showing his team mates the "good wood" in choosing their bats. The players are dressed in their baseball uniforms.
