Western Petroleum Refiners Association. Left to right: M. E. Foster of Bartlesville, Texas; M. W. Taxman of Centralia, Illinois and H.T. Ashton. The three men are shown standing in front of an empty wall, shoulder to shoulder. They are all dressed in dark, striped suits, however both Mr. Foster and Mr. Ashton are also wearing eyeglasses. Mr. Foster is clasping his hands while Mr. Ashton has one hand in his pants pocket. The two are looking at each other while Mr. Taxman looks at the camera. These men are are early arrivals to the three day meeting held by the association.
