Description
Shown here is Mrs. O. G. Carlson, 3300 Worth Hills, Fort Worth, Texas. She is illustrating the edict by city officials that battered, lidless garbage cans must be replaced now that a scarcity of new containers no longer exists. She is putting garbage in an approved new container with tight-fitting lid. Open garbage cans, like those at her left, must go. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 17, 1946.
