Description
Roy E. Kneip has been named the new director of first aid, water safety, and accident prevention for the Fort Worth Chapter of the Red Cross, as announced on Wednesday by Clay J. Berry, chapter chairman. Kneip, a native Texan, has been on the Red Cross national staff since 1941 as field representative in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and New Mexico. His duties, the training of volunteer instructors in life saving and first aid , will begin Saturday. Mr. Kneip is standing against a wall wearing a suit.
