Boy Scouts high award winners. Recipients of high awards Tuesday night at the Boy Scout Court of Honor at E. M. Daggett School were John Freese, left, R. G. Webb, center, who were advanced to Eagle Scout, and Billy Ray Ruth, who was the first scout in Fort Worth Area Council to receive the gold life saving medal.
