Description
B. B. Cobb, secretary of the Texas State Teachers Association (TSTA), Saturday morning reported to the permanent fund trustees of the association that the TSTA has operated within the budget during the past fiscal year and that the association is now clear of debt, except for current bills and its bonded indebtedness. Trustees in Fort Worth, Texas for the meeting were Miss Elizabeth Koch, of San Antonio, Texas, president of the association, and Miss Emma Brotze, principal of the Marshall Junior High School and newly elected member of the board.
