Reading a copy of the convention program at the 59th and last annual meeting of the old Texas Bar Association at the Blackstone Hotel is Justice W. N. Stokes, of Amarillo, Texas, of Seventh Court of Civil Appeals. Formerly judge of the Forty-sixth District Court at Vernon, Texas, Justice Stokes is a member of the judicial's section committee on constitution and by-laws. He is wearing a suit, eyeglasses and a boater hat. After this meeting, the bar association will become the State Bar of Texas.
