At the 59th and last annual meeting of the old Texas Bar Association and organization of the new State Bar of Texas at the Blackstone Hotel, Miss Margaret Odneal, of the registration desk, pins an identification badge on Otis Rogers, of Fort Worth, Texas, a candidate for district attorney. Rogers is a graduate of the University of Texas law school. He is wearing a suit and a striped necktie. Miss Odneal is wearing a striped dress.
