Description
Traffic survey interviewers in their quiz Thursday had cars rolling again after only a 40 second halt. The photograph showing motorists are brought to a stop at a station on E. Rosedale near Handley by a conspicuous sign and Policeman Chick Matlock is stopping traffic. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, January 31, 1946.
