Captain (Capt.) Ralph Tuchman, deputy public relations officer at headquarters of the Army Air Forces Training Command, Fort Worth, Texas, will start work in the Los Angeles office of Broadcasting Magazine in February as a staff assistant. He is shown standing against a bare wall, facing front and wearing suit and tie and a hat. Captain (Capt.) Tuchman came to the Training Command headquarters in April 1945 from Boca Raton Field, Florida, where he was public relations officer for a year. His home is Washington, D. C. Published in the Fort Worth, Star-Telegram evening edition, January 29, 1946.
