Armour and Company lard refining workers Miss Jane Cochran, 208 North Like Oak, left, and Miss Edythe Hincy, 2319 Roosevelt, were among almost 2,000 striking employees who lined up for their pre-strike pay at a temporary booth outside the picket line.
