Doctor Joe Duke Riddle, secretary of the church music department of the Baptist General Convention of Texas. Mr. Riddle conducted a music festival at the Fort Worth Sagamore Hill Baptist Church. He was awarded an honorary Doctor of Music degree from Howard Payne University in 1952. He is wearing a dark suit with a suit vest, tie and glasses.
