Description
Thomas Campbell Clark, left, former Dallas, Texas, lawyer who was made United States Attorney General last year in President Truman's cabinet, shown with Captain D. C. Hill, of Wamego, Kansas, who accompanied Clark to Fort Worth, Texas. Captain Hill was one of the trial judge advocates who prosecuted Japanese Lieutenant General Tamoyuki Yamashita, whose appeal from a death sentence is to be argued before the Supreme Court by Clark. Clark is wearing a suit and Captain Hill is wearing his military uniform. Both men are wearing Shady Oak hats.
