Description

As he began his fourth year as water superintendent, Uel Stephens, right, received an anniversary cake with candles from Department Secretary W. M. Robinson who made the presentation on behalf of the employees in the department. Mr. Stephens is wearing a dark colored suit. Mr. Robinson is wearing a three piece suit. There is a map spread across Mr. Stephen's desk and a photograph at the corner. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, December 30, 1945.
