Description

Gene Spearman, of Alexandria, Louisiana, was named director of education and music at College Avenue Baptist Church. Mr. Spearman was educational director four years at Calvary Baptist Church in Louisiana before moving to Texas. He is a Georgia native and attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is shown wearing a double breasted suit with a pocket square. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening Edition January 05, 1945.
