Description
Captain D. C. Hill, of Wamego, Kansas, traveling companion of United States Attorney General Thomas Campbell Clark. Captain Hill was one of the trial judge advocates who prosecuted Japanese Lieutenant General Tamoyuki Yamashita. Yamashita's appeal from a death sentence is to be argued before the Supreme Court by Clark and Hill and Major Robert M. Kerr. Captain Hill is standing in front of a bare wall, wearing his military uniform. There is a lamp on an end-table at right.
